Discover the Italian culinary tradition revisited in a modern key

The menu at Ristorante & Pizzeria Acquerello offers dishes inspired by the Italian culinary tradition, revisited with a modern twist, along with more contemporary options with original combinations. The menu is seasonal and changes four times a year.
There are always meat and fish options, as well as some of our signature dishes not to be missed, like our pizza baked in a wood-fired oven. Autumn and winter are characterized by porcini mushrooms, fondue, and game, while the warmer seasons are perfect for delicious aperitifs on the terrace and relaxed dinners featuring fresh vegetables from local gardens.

We are members of the Celiac Disease Association of Switzerland and are happy to prepare your desired dish gluten-free whenever possible.

Quality Products
Sustainability and regionality influence our daily cooking and shopping. We are happy to provide information on the origin of our products, as well as ingredients that may cause allergies and intolerances, upon request.

All our bread and baked goods come from Switzerland, unless otherwise noted.

Eggs: We use only Swiss eggs.

Black Tiger Shrimp: Our shrimp come from the Bianchi farm in the mangrove forests of Ca Mau, in southwest Vietnam. Only 250-500 shrimp per m³ are kept in this farm, compared to up to 10,000 shrimp per m³ in conventional farming. The shrimp are raised without medications or additives, which may lead to differences in color, shell, and meat. However, this is not a reduction in quality but a natural product.

Our commitment to sustainable enjoyment: Responsibility begins with each individual. This also applies to Bianchi, our seafood supplier. The “Bianchi Sea Wealth Standard” label represents all current and future commitments to sustainable fishing and biodiversity protection. Many of their products already carry the Bianchi Sea Wealth Standard label, which complies with the internationally recognized standards of the MSC (Marine Stewardship Council).
